  • Opposing Generational Theft: Contracts should not be settled at the expense of our new and retired generations.
  • Rejecting Concessionary Tactics: We refuse to engage in tactics that pit departments against each other, aiming for solidarity among our diverse titles and divisions.
  • Prioritizing Retention and Fair Compensation: Retention of skilled titles is paramount. We advocate for fair compensation, reduced wait times for top pay, and significant longevity increases to attract and retain talent.
  • Eliminating Divisive Tiers: We stand against divisive wage and pension tiers that create inequality among our members.
  • Demanding Traditional Federal Medicare: We demand the choice of Traditional Federal Medicare to ensure comprehensive healthcare coverage for our members.
  • Implementing Online Voting: We support conducting all voting, including ratification votes and union elections, via online platforms, ensuring accessibility and transparency in decision-making processes. Ongoing platform development is crucial to enhance participation and efficiency.
